Me and my wife went to AAA because I am a member to get papers signed by Notary. AAA refused to sign the papers I was given and the ONLY papers I was given, I tried to explain to the AAA employee that the papers I had were all sent by company but he still refused. I called this company and BAM they made it sooooo EASY and fast for us! We called and came in and they helped us with NO problem and they are the nicest people!! If you need a travel notary then look no further you’ve found the right people. About 8 months ago I was in need of a travel notary. After calling several services who came highly recommended neither of them returned my calls or messages so in my opinion that’s highly unprofessional. So I started searching for myself and that’s what lead me to Uptown Notary. When I called I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jossiah. I explained to him my situation and what I needed. Without any hesitation he said it wouldn’t be no problem and could assist me asap as my situation was a matter of time is of the essence. Since then up until now I have used Uptown Notary several times in the course of 8 months. Today I needed their services and again as my situation was a matter of time was of the essence as I had a family member that was doing a same day turnaround trip from Arizona. I called spoke with Aracelly explained what we needed and without ANY hesitation Aracelly said no problem and all I needed to do what give her a time that was convenient to us. I am beyond happy with the service both Aracelly & Jossiah provide. They are professional, helpful and also very prompt. I personally want to thank them both for their outstanding service. Where do I start??! Ari and her nortary (Josssiah) are like a blessing sent from the sky! Super fast! Super easy! Talk to you as if you’ve known them for years. NOT pushy at all!
