I tried to make an appointment a few weeks back. I was told the appointment was confirmed for 5pm. I specified I couldn’t go in earlier, then they call me 2 times then text me if I can go in at 4 instead. I told her I couldn’t so then we settle on 7pm. Then she called back again/txt saying 5pm now. Then she says someone can go to my home to do it but I know that would have been more $. So unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. They also told me they were gonna charge me $35 per signature. I ended up going to “Your Notary Girl” in Whittier instead. She got me in asap and only charged me $15. So glad I found her instead. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s also weird that they have 2 or 3 different google pages for the same business.

I had a great experience with this notary company. Their customer service is excellent—they responded immediately to all of my questions. What I really appreciated was their mobile service, which is extremely convenient, especially for my business needs. Highly recommend!
