Dr. Bruce and his staff are simply the best in town. They go above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Bruce is a very talented and well-respected dentist and you understand exactly why as his patient. He makes sure you are happy with the finished product by taking his time and putting a lot of attention to detail. I highly recommend he and his staff to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From setting the appointment, diagnosis, cleaning, through treatment; the entire was staff was friendly, helpful, transparent, and constructive. I went in to fix a problem caused by a different dentist and was a bit nervous. In the same day, i had my x-rays, saw Dr. Bruce for the treatment plan, completed half of the work needed and scheduled the rest of my plan in just over an hour. I want to thank Ashley, Molly, Dr. Bruce, and everyone at Upstate Smiles for making me feel comfortable with my smile again and being so positive and inviting during a process that can be alittle intimidating to deal with.
