After an unexpected move to Falmouth and the loss of my pet support village, I’ve been so lucky to have found Upper Cape Pet Services. Their services are clear and understandable, reasonably priced, and their app makes everything so convenient. Lisa, the owner came to meet me, Mac & Kitty. Her team has been phenomenal providing me updates with each visit. I’ve set up recurring Dog walk visits, which enable me to meet the demands of my busy work schedule, and ensure the appropriate care and activity are being provided for my loving Lab and his kitty companion.

I recently used Upper Cape Pet Services to care for our dog and was thoroughly impressed with the care provided. It was nerve wracking leaving our dog behind for the first time, but the sitters made the process seamless and stress-free. They followed our dog's usual daily routine, ensuring that feeding times and exercise happened exactly as planned. Our dog was well-fed, regularly walked, and given plenty of dedicated affection and playtime. We received detailed reports and pictures from every sitting session. It is clear that the sitters genuinely care about animals and take their responsibilities seriously. I highly recommend UCPS for anyone looking for reliable and attentive pet care!

This is the BEST dog grooming salon I have ever used. Lisa and her staff are superior. They are very accommodating and treat my dogs with great care. Every technician is excellent as I have had the pleasure to use them all between my Maltese and Malshi. The salon is always very clean and the waiting area for the dogs in a very comfortable enclosure instead of a metal cage. It's easy to book appointments on line and reminders are sent via text messages. also Their prices are very reasonable. As you can tell, I just LOVE Upper Cape Pet Services!

Having been pet sitting for UCPS the last few years, it was a pleasure to be on the other side. The team was absolutely amazing when caring for my trio, following their routines purrfectly! They followed their detailed feedings during meal time and were able to administer meds no problem. Not only did they care for my fur babies but also brought all mail and packages in. I came back to a clean home with some happy kitties. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my kiddos, they give five paws easily! 🐾 ⭐️

Upper Cape Pet Sitting is an amazing business. Lisa, the owner, truly loves our pets and cares for them as though they were her own. She has chosen her staff carefully and everyone is an animal lover and a caring and responsible person. They all give me peace of mind when I have to leave my beloved pet.

I found UCPS a few summers ago, and am so grateful for their services, kindness with my George, efficiency in communication and overall organization. While we really only are able to take advantage of their incredible staff over the summer, I know that when we are gone for day trips and I need someone to come take care of George, I can 100% count on UCPS. They arrive when expected, and have a great visit. I know that George will be well cared for, given lots of love and attention. Can't recommend them enough.

Lisa is such a lovely person and takes beautiful care of both her boarding cats and entire business. The space is immaculate and perfectly maintained. I received updates twice a day with careful attention to my cat’s eating and litter habits to make sure he was happy and healthy.
