Uplift equipment took great care of me. I was eyeing a leg extension machine and the owner took the time to contact me to send additional photos and videos of the equipment in use. This was shipped to me all the way to California and arrived in amazing condition. It was wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrived without harm. All around amazing customer service and top notch equipment 10/10.

The website was easy to navigate and offered several purchase options. Larry called me the next business day to confirm the details. Although the estimated delivery time was 25 days, the machine arrived in just one week, shipped from IL to FL. The equipment matched the photos exactly, and the quality is outstanding. Purchased a used $2500 stairmaster, for residential use, it broke down within two months. Before I purchased, I told the owner I was reluctant to purchase because I didn’t want to end up with a “Lemon”. His response, “I don’t sell Lemons”. (Screenshot from our conversation in the pictures) I should have went with my gut, and just purchased a brand new stairmaster instead of his used equipment. I even paid their equipment repair team to come out and fix it, and they broke it even further. I still paid them after he broke the equipment even further, because he said he would find the parts and come back to fix it. Long story short, just buy the brand new equipment from a trusted source, it may cost you more, but at least you’ll have the Peace of mind that it will last more than 2 months.

The staff is knowledgeable and actually takes the time to help you choose the right equipment for your goals instead of just trying to sell you something expensive. The showroom is clean, organized, and has a wide variety of machines—from treadmills and ellipticals to strength rigs and accessories. What I liked most is that they let you test the equipment and explained the differences between models in simple terms. Prices are fair, and the quality of the brands they carry is solid.
