We have worked with Phil at Upland Developers for a couple of projects at our house on Lummi Bay. Phil is honest and straightforward. I have learned to trust his recommendations and his crew does high quality work. I will certainly use them for my next project!

We worked with Phil and his team to add a double garage to our house and convert a patio to a sunroom. The team did a great job - Phil had a lot of practical advice and was very pro-active with cost saving ideas to help stay within budget. Would use them again without hesitation .
