Upland Developers Inc. is a general construction and contractor company, serving the entirety of Bellingham and all of Whatcom County, that offers a wide range of services including residential and commercial construction, home remodeling, siding, window & door installation, custom decks, pole barns, and tenant improvements.
We are locally owned and operated, and built our first custom home in 2005. We have worked with Phil at Upland Developers for a couple of projects at our house on Lummi Bay. Phil is honest and straightforward. I have learned to trust his recommendations and his crew does high quality work. I will certainly use them for my next project!

We worked with Phil and his team to add a double garage to our house and convert a patio to a sunroom. The team did a great job - Phil had a lot of practical advice and was very pro-active with cost saving ideas to help stay within budget. Would use them again without hesitation .
