I called Up On the Roof Chimney Sweep yesterday and got a call back right away from Aaron, Managing Member/Owner. He was very nice and genuinely concerned after hearing my voice message, especially with the upcoming storm. He wanted to help and offered availability for next week at my convenience to address the issue. This is great customer service, especially coming directly from an owner. I am looking forward to working with this company and already highly recommend them.

Erin was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. The only issue I had was he did not call ahead of time like I requested, so I can put away my dogs. But it was good. Overall, I would recommend "Up on the roof Chimney".

I have had positive experience so far working with Up on the roof. I needed to replace 3 chimney chase covers and after getting quotes from multiple companies, Up on the roof was very competitive n professional. They r one of the few companies who offer free estimates. I for one wouldn’t pay someone $300 to come give me estimates. The guys who come for estimates were super friendly as well. Aaron, the owner, was very responsive to finalize the installation. They came back to double check the measurements. Come installation day, his crew came at 8:30 and completed the job in 3 hrs. Aaron called and shared their work with some pics. Time will tell the quality of the products but so far the service has been awesome. If you need chimney work, give them a call.
