Customer called saying their toilet was leaking. Like all toilets, I didn't want to judge the book by its cover! I found an issue with the wax seal and toilet flange that wasn't set level to the floor tile. But I managed to add a spacer and a jumbo wax seal for extra coverage and a good seal so no one has to open this book again.
