From initial contact to completing the roof, this team was amazing! They contacted my insurance company, fought for me when the offer was ridiculous and won the settlement of the entire cost of replacing the roof. They also found stains from a leak inside the house. They were professional, added me to all correspondence and kept me updated with each step. These are things i would have no clue how to fight my insurance to do wha is right. I recommend Unlimited Home Services to anyone that has paid home insurance for years and have the right coverage. Mahalo nui !

GET A FREE ROOF!
An interesting sign! Our roof was at least 20 years old and looked
its age. Missing and tattered shingles But I got busy and forgot
about it. Several days later, a knock on the door, and Jun is
there. He introduced himself and explained the program very
professionally, patiently and answered all of our questions. He
inspected the roof, noticed some wind damage and said that a
crew would be out to cover the area to prevent rain damage
Which they did.
Solar panels, roof inspections and scheduling, start work dates,
Claims Consultants, HOA and numerous other forms to contend
with. All professionally handled with courtesy, punctuality and
reliability with Jun and Johanna of Unlimited Home Services.
The work crews also were very professional and courteous and
cleaned up after each day’s work. Now the work is done and our
roof looks GREAT! We are well pleased with the whole
experience
