I rented a unit at University Storage before. When I moved my things out, Kimberly was just stepping up as the new Manager there. She was very kind and helpful.
I have rented a new unit there and was surprised & happy that she was still the Manager there.
Knowledgeable, helpful, fast, no nonsense & kind.
I hope that she will remain the Manager there throughout my time as a client this time as well. Five Stars for Kimberly!!!

Highly recommend University Self Storage! Really easy to work with, transparent pricing - no hidden "gotcha" fees and made the entire process easy and painless. Great access in a convenient location for our temporary needs and very affordable. Will definitely be my first choice when I next need a storage facility. Shout out to Kimberly (sp?) for being so helpful and armed with answers to all my questions.
