These guys have been absolutely fantastic in helping us solve several issues, both plumbing and HVAC related, over the last year. They also always answered when I called during the 2026 ice storm, and were incredibly patient with me, even when I’m sure I asked the same questions multiple times.

I called and was scheduled the following morning! They fixed up my AC. It was a couple of days before the ice storm and they insisted on showing me how to use our fireplace that we had yet to light since buying our house. Completely unprompted but VERY appreciated! Super nice guys

These guys got the job done, and went the extra mile. Dax drove extensively to track down an elusive part, so he could finish a job when he had promised. They were terrific about letting us know their ETA, and helpful with answering our questions.

Dax and the guys from University Air and Plumbing are great. They have came out to help us a number of times and are always awesome! Excellent communication and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them enough!

I would like to thank Dax for his professionalism and dedication. I had an emergency regarding a gas leak. Dax addressed all of my concerns. Called in as a second option. The first one was going to take almost a week to show. University Air & Plumbing responded quickly, showing up the same day. Diagnostic was right after doing some work on my EWH. I went and got a new one, and was installed the following morning. They even went out of their way to get a drain pan I forgot to get. They haul the old EWH with them which was not a part of the agreement. The work was coordinated, fast, and they cleaned up after work both days. Complete satisfaction. They did not cut any corners as a previous experience I had in Miami 4 years ago with another company for the same work.
