I paid Universal to install a second tank to pump sewer to a higher septic field as Eric recommended. The tank and the new field was installed, but it was only one problem; it never works. I am contacting Eric and the company since them, and Eric comes a couple times and pumped the tank, but he didn't fix the problem. Finally Eric and the office stopped answering the phone. Here I am back to the beginning with a septic that doesn't work and a guy that said took the payment and block me out.

Billy is very personable and communicative. Scheduling was easy. They matched prices. Very thorough. Educated me on the process and upkeep ! I highly recommend them !!
