I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking top-tier eye care. The Medical Care - Dr. Xu is exceptionally professional and thorough. She took the time to explain my eye health details in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during the consultation. The Staff & Service - The clinic staff is outstanding. They are incredibly friendly and welcomed me warmly. They listened patiently to all of my questions regarding my complications and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Overall Experience - I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and care provided here. It is rare to find a team that combines high-level professionalism with genuine compassion. I will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs.

Doctor Xu explained on the surgery for cataract and the lens used for the eyes in great details and patience. The thought of eye surgery really scares me and Doctor Xu gave much assurance that after the surgery the eyes will be able to see better. Her staff are friendly and approachable. We had a very pleasant experience with this eye specialist when we brought our daughter in for a consultation. The doctor was extremely professional, polite, and very thorough throughout the entire visit. Everything was explained clearly and in great detail, which gave us a lot of reassurance as parents. We were especially grateful that although the clinic was about to close when I called, the team kindly made arrangements to squeeze us in for the consultation and necessary checks. Didn't know there is a review until I saw this page. Was there twice last year for blurry vision and eye infection. Very efficient staff and professional eye doctor. One word to describe them, Awesome! If there is any complaints, it wld be the long staircase. Really had a hard time reaching the 2nd storey as I hv weak legs and knee pain then. Let's hope Dr Xu address this issue so that more people having similar leg problems can consult her immediately instead of going Emergency dept, a complete waste of time. Th1xs 😊

been having persistent red eye/eye infection for a while before coming to Universal Eye Clinic. Dr Xu is very patient and communicates my condition to me very clearly, helping me work through my problems and recovery. clinic staff are also very responsive and accommodating to me if i have to pick up products that i can only get at the clinic. i feel genuinely cared for during my visits. thank u to the team :)

A heartfelt thank you to Dr Xu & team for making sure my concerns were addressed. My first time at this clinic for my son’s eye freckle check-up and i had hundreds of questions and worries but Dr Xu gave a thorough explanation and her professionalism definitely calms any worried mom down. Dr Xu & team was extremely gentle too which made my 6yo at ease to have his eye examined. Clinic is very clean and well-maintained. Reasonable price especially with a service this good. Receptionist was friendly and polite too. Highly recommended! ☺️
