My experience with the Root insurances towing company was truly exceptional. They arrived promptly and communicated effectively throughout the process. All I had to do was leave my key in my car, and they promptly picked it up and delivered it to my home, precisely where I had requested. Their friendly demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. I am incredibly grateful that I chose Root Insurance as my insurance company.

Honestly I wasn't at home but my roommate was, and the guy picking up my vehicle was so nice he messaged me and called, was super friendly. overall I loved how great the communication was.

I needed a tow at 4:30 in the morning. I called up, they gave me a quote over the phone and Nick showed up less than 30 minutes later to help out. Try to avoid needing your car towed, but if you do.... Unity did a great job!

We had Jake W. for our tow service. He was amazing and very patient. We had to get towed 73 miles and he let us go with him and dropped us off to our house and dropped my car off to Firestone to get fixed. We were hungry and wanted to stop at a gas station. He was very kind and stopped. For quite the unfortunate adventure it was very pleasant.

Eric saved us when our car broke down. We really appreciate all he did for us. He went above and beyond
