There is no appointment needed for drive line inspections but sometime when there are few trucks in line for minor repairs etc than it will be first come first serve method . Unless we are running too busy in shop our waiting times are between 1 hour to 2 hour . Free inspection are only available for trucks can drive to our shop. We provide courtesy vehicle for shop for parts if needed while we working on your truck . Excellent service - highly recommend!
I brought my Freightliner Cascadia to United Truck Repair after running into engine/electrical issues on the road, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing.
They got to my truck quickly - no sitting around for hours waiting for someone to even look at it. The technicians took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just guessing or throwing parts at it, which I really appreciated. They explained what was wrong in clear terms, walked me through the repair options, and gave me an honest price upfront with no hidden surprises on the final bill.
