Best possible experience I could have wished for. Robert was timely, professional , kind and honest. The issue with my fridge was resolved same day and fast ! Very fair prices and quality service.

I had an exceptional experience with this company. Their tech Tom came out and was extremely professional and solved our fridge issue while being very knowledgeable and educating us as well in the process. Good service is hard to find. Save yourself the trouble and use United Appliance Repair.

Repairman was nice. Said it would be $150 for the visit. I have a stove top and oven. He explained the stove top operation and than I asked him about the oven which he then explained. It took about 15 minutes and 30 minutes talking about ITALIAN cooking Then he said because he explained the oven he charged me another 150 dollars for that. I didnt complain. I dont like to argue LIFE IS TO SHORT. but all should be AWARE. By the way its a convection counter stove top AND THE TOUCH BUTTON DIDNT ALIGN WITH THE MARKER ON THE STOVE TOP. SAMSUNG

Had a great experience with United Appliance Repair. They came out to adjust a dishwasher installation, and Amir handled everything flawlessly. He arrived on time, was personable and knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Really appreciated the professionalism and quality of service. Highly recommend!

I called United Appliance Repair on a Thursday at 1:24pm and technician Jermaine was at my home by 3:30pm. Technician called when he was 30 min. Out arrived on time super friendly. Refrigerator needed a new board. We scheduled a return visit for next day once part was retrieved from warehouse. Luck have it Jermaine called shortly after leaving that he could return same day and install the board. I had my Fridge back to cooling by 6pm. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE.

Repairman Amir was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me abreast of his arrival time which was very helpful. Although he had to retrieve the correct part upon his arrival, the repair was still completed within the 2-hour window given. We have use United Appliance Repair previously with good service and will continue to do so.
