I am very disappointed with my experience. This was my second visit, and I chose a French builder gel. The polish started coming off the very next day, so I returned to have it fixed. Unfortunately, it has now only been four days, and the polish is peeling again.
What was especially frustrating was being asked which nail was the issue when the peeling was clearly visible. I expected better quality and durability from gel polish, and I am disappointed that I am experiencing the same problem again after having it repaired. When I am spending $210 and leaving a generous tip, I expect quality work that lasts more than a few days. It also looks like I already need a fill, my cuticles should have been pushed back.

Kimmi is hands down THE BEST!! Very professional, clean atmosphere. Awesome people! You truly can’t go wrong with any nail tech here as they are all amazing! The red set was done by Jimmy!! Thank you guys!
