Unique Ryoko Sdn Bhd (The Unique Travel) - Trip Japan Paling Best

I joined a trip to Osaka in the 2nd week of Sep 2025. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Unique Travel, especially thanks to Haziq, Hamsa & Emil our amazing tour guide. We visited many interesting places and relied 100% on public trains. It was such an exciting yet slightly challenging experience, with lots of walking and the weather being quite hot guys..

On 17 Disember 2025 I ☺️ flew from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) by Air Asia to Kansai International Airport with eighteen people in our group. We were lead by our Tour Leader by the name of Adele. The trip to Osaka was truly memorable for the great food at Bontobori and Arashiyama Kyoto, a beautiful scenery especially at Nara Park, Umeda Sky Tower and Arashiyama Bamboo Forest Kyoto. Onboard the sailship Santa Maria, moving on the sea was truly a wonderful experience because we don't have the chance to get such an experience in any other places like in Osaka, Japan. *Nara Deer Park* I am blessed to be able to get close to the deers at the open park (No concrete walls or fences) The deers are roaming freely in the open park and they are friendly. That astonish me and excite me very much. *Umeda Sky Tower* The view from up here is breathtaking. It feels like you're on top of the world. *Santa Maria Ship Cruise* We board on a beautiful sailship and it was an amazing experience. Accomodation: The hotel where we reside was one of the unique accomodation stays we've had in recent memory. We learn to share toilet and shower room at different level and that was very challenging and unique. This trip is a real challenge to us who are not prepared mentally and physically. We had to rush and keep up the pace of an athlete to be on time to catch a train. We do sprain our muscle but we manage to survive.🫢 The entire experience was so well managed. Thanks to our Tour Leader, Mr Adele and our Tour Guide, Mr Amirul for being proactive, responsive and kind. They have done a great job and we are proud and blessed to have them as our guide.🥰 I hope that those who intend to visit Osaka again in the future, must be prepared mentally and physically🤣🤣🤣

Just got back from Japan trip (31 Aug – 5 Sept 2025) under this travel agency and honestly it was such a good experience! We went to Kyoto & Osaka (including USJ). We used 100% public transport sepanjang trip which actually okay je sebab boleh explore macam local. Cuma kena banyak jalan kaki la, almost 15k steps everyday 😂 but worth it sebab semua fun & dapat banyak gambar lawa to capture. Special thanks to Akma, our personal guide there. He really helped us a lot throughout the trip. He really nice, brought us to banyak tempat menarik & bersejarah. Definitely recommended this travel agency if you’re planning to go Japan. Harga pun reasonable & the best part is you can custom your own itinerary, and they will adjust nicely for you. Overall I’d rate this trip 8.5/10

Tour yang rilex and best. Tour guide and chauffeur are able to proposed and adjust plan accordingly. Tour guide also good at taking photos and work extra hours to complete and fulfil the itenerary

We had an absolutely fantastic day with Unique Ryoko’s tour guide in the Osaka-Kyoto-Nara area. From start to finish everything was seamless. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, sharing history, culture and fun anecdotes about each stop Fushimi Inari Taisha. Tour guide was excellent, and they explained everything clearly, accommodated our pace, allowed plenty of photo stops and made sure we weren’t rushed. The itinerary was well thought out , we visited the major sights without ever feeling overwhelmed, and we also got insider/local tips for lunch and snack spots which made the day special. The guide was also friendly, punctual and flexible. They handled any logistics (transport, timings) smoothly, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just part of a group. In short , this was one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re planning a day (or more) in Osaka, Kyoto and/or Nara and want more than just the standard sightseeing, I highly recommend booking with Unique Ryoko.

My first ever Japan trip with Unique Travel and i can say it was one of my best experiences! The team was super responsible and respectful, always ready to help and quick to respond. Hi. Just want to share feedback from recent trip to osaka, kyoto and Nara using this travel agency. I did enjoyed my few days there. And i wish it be longer days. However, from customer perspective, I would like to highlight these few things: 1. Poor time management from tour guide- we were about 20 participants and it was very rush during the tour itself 2. Tour guide also showed not very knowledgeable and was not present in our hotel incase anything might happened 3. Group also split into different return flight without any justification and also no prior notification regarding this. 4. Some of our participants need to top up their card for public transportation even though the transport was stated fully covered from our package. 5. There are also financial disparancies regarding our checked in luggage among participants whereas some of us was charged higher and would be appreciate if there give prior notification about add on baggage. 6. Please answer/reply as earliest as possible and do not let them waiting for the response for any query referring to trip bcs we need to prepare ourselves to make our trip smooth and convenient. These feedback given hopefully agency could improve from their end, so everyone will be satisfied and happy with the service. Thank you !

This was my first time traveling to Japan, and I’m so glad I chose Unique Travel for the experience! The trip was amazing from start to finish. The tour guide was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the journey. They made sure to recommend halal food options, which was really thoughtful and made dining easy and worry-free. They also gave great recommendations for shopping spots, helping us avoid tourist traps and making sure we got the best value for our money. Despite the limited time, we managed to visit several popular attractions in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. I highly recommend especially to those solo travellers or a first timer to go with Unique Travel.
