I’ve just had a major overhaul completed on my Porsche 997, and the team at Unique Porsche were absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, the friendly, professional advice and customer service were outstanding. Darren and his team kept me informed throughout the process, suggesting a few worthwhile improvements while the work was being carried out, all without any pressure. They even invited me to visit the workshop to see the car while the work was in progress, which was a great touch. The handover was exceptional—they took the time to explain everything that had been completed and showed me all of the old parts that had been replaced, giving me complete confidence in the work. To top it all off, the car was returned with a full valet and a few thoughtful finishing touches from the Unique Porsche team that made the whole experience feel truly special. I’ve been using Unique Porsche to Service and maintain my 987 Boxster S for over 6-years now. Unique were recommended to me by numerous Porsche owners at my place of work and we all travel over an hour because the service and professionalism offered by Darren and the team is simply second to nobody. I will never let another specialist touch my car ever again. Proper old school, genuine, professional business and Darren makes you feel extremely welcome, valued and will only ever give you an honest appraisal of any remedial work which is necessary. My standards are extremely high and Unique’s attention to detail is fantastic. You need to book well in advance because he is generally busy all year round. Fantastic service from Darren and the team from start to finish. Was highly recommended Unique by a number of Porsche owners and after a recent MOT failure contacted Darren to see if he could help. He managed to squeeze me in the same afternoon and had the car repaired and back to me the following afternoon. He gave detailed choices and even gave the car a once over and offered service recommendations for the future. Car now through its MOT to enjoy for the rest of summer and Darren even called a couple of days later with a courtesy call to see how everything went on. If you have a Porsche, this is the place to be!! Don’t waste time or money by going anywhere else. After an unsuccessful experience with the main dealer, not being able to find a knocking from the front end, Darren and his team found it straight away. Very professional… very personable, and what they don’t know doesn’t exist. I was impressed with the team, workshop, customer service… everything. Finally, a business that gives you an update when they say they will. Thank you for the extra surprise Darren, it just finishes the car off.

Unique Porsche is unquestionably the best place to take your Porsche. I've spent 8 years paying too much at the main dealer with a significantly lower standard of service. The 2 year service itself is absolutely brilliant... Unique do many things that the Porsche dealer wouldn't bother with, and on top of that their customer service is above and beyond. Darren and and his team are committed to doing a great job. I'm rarely impressed these days but on this occasion I am. I'm done with Porsche main dealers. Unique from now on...

Absolutely brilliant service from Unique Porsche Specialists! I had a sudden gearbox leak and was panicking, but Darren managed to squeeze my car in on an emergency basis. He was incredibly professional, polite, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The leak was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and the pricing was very fair. It's rare to find this level of care and expertise nowadays—I can't thank Darren and the team enough. I highly recommend them to any Porsche owner and will definitely be back!
