Always have garages mess me about but the friendly staff seemed different this time. Rear view mirror fell off and the guy said he could fix it for £30-£40. Once i arrived they put on the bracket within 5 minutes and said to return 2 days later to install sensor and mirror. They discussed in front of me what a fair price would be and said £50. I said if we can do £40 and the boss said I was thinking that also thats fine. Returned 2 days later and the guy goes i now need to pay an additional £10 to buy the glue they will use for the sensor. Failed to mention this to me the first time. He goes he can install without sensor but i will have a permanent sign on the dash. Very unprofessional and was forced to pay the additional £10. Massive grins on all of their faces. This is not about the money but the principle and respect of the customer. I guarantee the first price they give will never be the end price you pay. BE WARY!!!
