Very happy with Volodymyr's work! He figured out how to order a part to repair my GE dishwasher without the model number and then got it to work. The previous owner had removed stickers on the machine and left a generic manual! He also took time to show me how to operate it and set the racks correctly. Thank you! He cleaned the nozzles of the gas stove top which weren't working and made adjustments to the refrigerator so the doors closed properly. Little things but a big difference. Also he showed me how to put in a new light bulb in my oven instead of paying him to do it. Thank you!!

We had an amazing experience with the technician, Vladimir. Our oven door lock would not open and was giving us issues. It was able to open after shifting a bit and twisting the door. Vladimir quickly assessed our oven and was able to check it for defective parts. In the same assessment, he was willing to check out our dishwasher/ garage disposal. We have had water come out of our air gap for months now. I had replaced the garbage disposal with a new one a bit ago and the dishwasher seemed to have issues. Vlad looked into it and quickly and easily hammered out a tiny part that needed to be removed. He was efficient and kind and super helpful. I have the best repair experience with Unique Appliance Repair. Six years ago my 20 year-old GE Monogram built-in refrigerator broke down. It would not freeze or cool. Instead of spending $12000+ to buy a new one, I decided to have it fixed. After several visits from several repair business, Unique Appliance Repair was the only one that identified the root problem and was able to fix it. The technician was the most knowledgeable, capable, courteous, professional and honest. Since the repair six years ago, my refrigerator has been working like a brand new one. And during this Thanksgiving, my GE monogram built-in wall double ovens gave me trouble. The top oven would not heat up properly. I immediately called Unique Appliance Repair. Just like six years ago, the technician quickly identified the problem and fixed it promptly, in time for me to cook the big Christmas dinner. I would say that Unique Appliance Repair is a gem among all the repair business in San Diego. It is the one to go to if you need a "surgery" type of repair to your appliance, as compared to the rest that could only do simple swap of plugged- in components. Its technician is highly skilled and experienced. Its office administration is highly efficient. Appointment is easy to make and its technician is very punctual. And the price its quotes has been very reasonable, saving me tons of money comparing to buying a new appliance.
