Bought a enclosed trailer to them about 2/12 years ago for a wreck repair and they didn’t even caulk it up had to take it back. Also looked like they had a 5 year old apply it. Now here we are two year later the roof is leaking from the repair and I’ve had to fix it myself I do not recommend them the rest of the repair job was also very soppy.

Hands down the best experience we've had with any truck repair shop, and it’s all thanks to Chris, an exceptional diesel technician who completely changed the game for us. As new semi owners, we were nervous and had a lot to learn, but Chris showed us true compassion, unmatched knowledge, and most importantly, a willingness to teach. He didn’t just fix the truck. He educated us on it. He pointed out a few adjustments we needed to make and even showed us how to handle them ourselves in case we run into issues on the road. That kind of support is rare. On top of that, he understood the urgency of our situation. We were heading out on a family vacation and made sure the repair was done within a few hours. He went above and beyond, and we’re truly grateful. The shop has a great small business vibe, and if they continue to hire more people like Chris, there's no doubt they’ll become one of the most trusted and successful shops in the area. I would hands down choose this shop over any big-name repair shop around here. This will definitely be our go-to for all future fleet repairs.

Very disappointing experience. We received an estimate for a road call and the actual cost ended up being nearly double the quoted amount. This included additional charges for the mechanic to return to their shop to retrieve a part that should have been brought initially. Communication was also concerning — the representatives were dismissive and made comments about having other road calls to attend, implying that our business was not important to them. They replaced the air bag on our trailer, but the overall service quality, attitude, and professionalism were far below expectations. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

Chris knows his stuff. I’ve got a mechanic background and usually handle my own work, but I’m new to diesels. On a trip to Indiana, the brakes on my 2000 FL70 started smoking. Called this shop, and they got me in and out fast. What really stood out was Chris taking the time to walk me through things on the truck, no ego, just solid knowledge. Told me to ask him anything and explained what I needed to know. That kind of respect and transparency goes a long way. From now on, this is the only shop I’m bringing my truck to.

Had the best experience getting the rear brakes replaced on our freightliner FL70. They were able to get the parts same day and job done within a few hours. I am truly grateful for their diesel technician Chris. We noticed our brakes smoking 16minutes from their shop. I called around to multiple places and no one could get us in. We were in a pinch because we had to be in Indiana that evening. I ran across the number for these guys and they were quick to get us in. As soon as we pulled in Chris jumped on and started looking around. You can't even get that type of service at your Mercedes Benz dealership.

We've brought our truck to Union Tech Truck and Trailer Repair several times, and the service has always been excellent but today truly stood out. Our Kenworth T680 (2022) had the AC go out on a day when the temperature hit 99 degrees. Despite the heat and urgency, the team at Union Tech was incredibly fast, dependable, and reliable. They diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly, and as always, their pricing was more than fair. This shop consistently delivers top-tier service, and we’re grateful for their professionalism and efficiency every time. Highly recommend!

I go there for just change the air tank my trailer and it is easy to change first time the guy tell me only two hour but tomorrow he say five hour30 minute i’m just change air tank I pay 1045 it is too expensive and waste time…don’t go this place wasting time and charging too much

The knowledge, communication and quickness to get my trailer back on the road was beyond impressive! Less then 24 hrs I had my trailer back, pulling and breaking perfectly. I highly recommend TTR to anybody as I will also return for any issues I could possibly run into down the road!

Amazing experience! Absolutely all my recommendations if you have any issues with truck and trailer. Those guys are professional and very good people. They are so nice and they want help anytime. I do Dot inspection for my trailer and was 45$ and I changed 2 tires on my trailer was 125$ this is mean they charge me 1 hour labor! I didn’t wait to repair. First come first service! I drove 50 minutes to be there and I will explain why. I was at Loves truck stop, I wanted to do this over there. I went to the mechanic shop and asked the guy what I wanted at this time. He told me like this. We can put you on the line but you will be the 13 guy in the line and will took like 7-8 hours to be in the shope! Oh my good. I just wanted left the Loves truck shop and find another one! All my recommendations for this shop, thank you guys and if I have any problems with my truck and trailer and If I am in Charlotte I will come to you again. For sure!!!
