Highly recommend this funeral home. Joe is an excellent person with great customer service skills. He shows compassion towards the family during the difficult time of losing a loved one. After losing my mom we had the task of getting funeral arrangements in order and our mind was so far from it. As soon as we stepped into Union Funeral Home we knew we had found the right place. My mother's funeral was beautiful and my family and I would love to thank Joe for everything. You are a true gem and always available if any questions arise. When the matriarch of our family was called home, we were so happy to have chosen Union Funeral Home for her services. Joe and his team provided attention to detail and efforts of service that were heartfelt and truly appreciated. From the very first call, all of our questions and concerns were patiently handled and responded to immediately. The facility is top notch, from Bluetooth audio feed to live-streaming the service, video screens for photo montage, and a beautiful reception area for repass gatherings. There were tasteful holiday decorations that evoked a sense of comfort, plenty of comfortable seating, and two available parking lots. Chet hosted our day and was AMAZING! Exclaimed by all of the attendees, he was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. It was heartwarming to feel so valued in such a tough time. When mom died unexpectedly on 5/22/25 I was left with the difficult task of planning her funeral and creating a memorial that was fitting for her. I can’t recommend this establishment enough! We recently had my grandmother’s services here and the team made it so easy. Nick and Joe helped with planning, while Vinnie and Mike were there day of to ensure things ran smooth. All questioned were answered kindly and swiftly. They made my family feel assured and calm during a very hard day. The service was beautiful and the place was clean. I would highly recommend!

From playing a major roll in suggesting a local florist to also providing a Reverend to facilitate the home going service . Straight down to beautifying the appearance of my mother-in-law. She looked like she was taking a nab in her sunday best clothing . Her hair was done so nicely . They truly went above and beyond .

I can't express enough of how grateful I am to Joe, the director of Union Funeral Home. From the 1st time we spoke to him on the phone, he was the most empathetic director we had reached out to and did not treat us like we were just a sale. I lost my dad on 8/22/25 and did not know where to start or how much time I had since this was my 1st time planning a funeral. I had so much anxiety, but he was so helpful, accomodating, and flexible with my needs. It was painless and I was at ease. The Home is also beautiful and my family loved it. I was able to play a slideshow of photos and videos of my dad and play some of his favorite music. My dad's makeup looked amazing, as well. I will definitely use Union Funeral Home again, hopefully no time soon though. I know I made my dad proud.

Highly recommend Union Funeral, we recently used their service and from my first meeting with Nick to the burial everything was carefully prepared and taken care of. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure we felt supported, they were very flexible to make sure the arrangements were exactly what we needed, and made that process very easy during the most difficult time for our family. The facilities were in pristine shape and very comfortable, with ample parking for all that attended. I would like to thank the staff of Union Funeral Home for such a wonderful job from the very beginning, the day I call them to pick up my mother through the day of the funeral. Please forgive me for not remembering names but the two gentleman that picked up my mother from my home were very professional, respectful and mindful of the families feelings and concerns. The day I went to process the paperwork with Joe, he was very warm and easy to talk to, he made the process smoother and easier than I expected. When I had any questions, the staff was very patient and answered my questions in a timely manner. Union Funeral Home truly exceeded our expectations during a very difficult time. I initially filled out the pre-planning form online, and Nick reached out the very next day. When my wife and I visited the funeral home, Nick was incredibly kind and honest. We never felt any pressure, which was such a relief. The casket selections were excellent, and the package they offered was perfect for our needs. When my grandmother passed away a few days later, I immediately contacted Nick, and his team took care of everything with such professionalism and care. The communication throughout the process was outstanding, and the day of the funeral went smoothly. The chauffeur was amazing, and every staff member we interacted with was so compassionate and respectful. They truly made a challenging time easier for our family.
