If it werenāt for the fact that my husband is union I would never choose to come here. Needed a consultation for a possible redo of a root canal they performed years ago. Background I work every Saturday, the specialist only sees patients on Saturdays. I booked my appointment for a day I could get off of work, originally schedule for a CONSULTATION at 730. The week of my appointment I received multiple text āconfirmingā my appointment for 840, some said 810. I called and asked why my appointment time was changed from 730, to which I was told āWell we donāt open until 8ā okay, the why was I scheduled for 730? Fine. I adjusted, confirmed I would be there at 8. The day before my appointment, I received a text asking if I could switch my appointment time and come in at 9. I explained to them, I work and had already arranged my day to be there at 9, I could not do a later time. They said no worries see you tomorrow at 8. Morning of the appointment I arrived at 750, 1 other person in the waiting room. 5 other people showed up shortly after me (maybe 5-10 minutes). At 830, when I was the ONLY person left in the waiting room I asked how much longer, my appointment time was at 8. About two minutes later I was brought into a room and sat in a chair, told the doc would be with me shortly. Few seconds later, the assistant came and said āwell sheās with another patient and just started treatment did you want to wait, it will be another HOURā
I was furious!! This is NOT how you treat patients, this is NOT how you treat people in general. This office overbooked the doctor, tried to make that my problem, and then told me I wouldnāt be see until after 10am, for my 8am consultation. Iāve never had consistent service here when it comes to needing anything done besides a cleaning. I will say the only positive that keeps me here is that it is union, so we donāt pay for routine treatments, and the hygienist here is AMAZING.
