I have never had a gel manicure that started chipping the same week I got them done! This place is overpriced and the workers/manager made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid $70 before tips for a gel french manicure on my natural nails and it didn’t even hold up for 7 days! The nail tech also made me bleed once while she was cutting my cuticles.

I honestly hated my experience at this nail place. It was painful from start to finish. I ended up paying $110, and I left with a cut that bled three times during the appointment and still hasn’t healed two days later. It was super uncomfortable the whole time, and I just wanted it to be over. What’s even more frustrating is that they offer $5 off in exchange for 5-star reviews, which explains all the glowing ratings that don’t match the actual service. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and the whole vibe was off. Definitely not going back.

If you decide to go, try to book an earlier appointment. Toward the end of the day, the technician seemed ready to wrap up quickly, which made the experience feel a bit rushed. In my case, it even led to a small cut that’s still healing a couple of days later. The manicure and pedicure themselves were okay, but overall, it wasn’t the most careful or relaxing experience. You might have better luck going elsewhere or visiting earlier in the day.

I had such a wonderful time at Unimited Nail and Spa with my sister! We came in for manicures and pedicures, and everything from start to finish was flawless. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. They paid close attention to detail, and our nails turned out absolutely beautiful — clean, polished, and exactly how we wanted. The salon itself is spotless and has a relaxing atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. They used high-quality products and took their time without ever rushing us. It felt like a mini spa day! My sister and I both left feeling pampered and refreshed. We’ll definitely be coming back again — highly recommend if you're looking for top-notch nail care and a relaxing experience!

I’ve been to this nail salon a couple of times and it’s been hit or miss but today was probably my worst experience. My nail technician, Tina, was painfully slow. All I needed was a gel manicure and it easily took 2x the time. She was kind and respectful but the time she took on each nail (with no incremental benefit to the final look) was just crazy. She might be new or inexperienced so I did give a ~20% tip regardless but just ask for someone else if you have things to do and places to be.

Great pedicure. Not the best at shaping nail extensions. My nails look okay but the application and filing and shaping could’ve been done much better. Prices are terrible though and probably won’t return based on that. They charge 40$ for gel which is ridiculous.

Used to go here a lot for gel manicures but stopped because the gel would chip within a few days. Decided to give them a try again and this time I got Gel x. The next day, one of the nails fell off. A few days later, two nails fell off. The next day, another nail. I was practically going every night to fix a nail. I have a desk job so it’s not from anything I was doing. The last time, they tell me they have to charge me $15 for one nail because it’s been over a week (two days over - I paid $139 for this set!). I explain that there’s obviously something wrong with the set as I keep having to come back. The owner (I think?) said she remembered me. Yet, not only did they charge me $15 still, but the woman who “fixed” this nail (Lucy on name tag) cut my cuticle, put the nail on crooked (when I told her, she said “I know”), and overall did such a bad job. There’s dried residue between my nail and the paint clumped underneath. See photo. Save your time and your money! There are so many better nail salons in this area who know how to deliver quality service and treat their customers professionally, such as Wistaria Nails.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, helping me choose the perfect colors and designs. The manicure turned out beautifully, and I absolutely loved the foot spa treatment. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place!

Today I went Unlimited Nail & Spa for the first time to get gel pedicure done and I was extremely impressed with the service, professionalism, and how good my nails look thanks to the technician that did my nails. I actually wasn’t expecting that I would be this happy with the result since I went to this nail salon randomly but after today I will definitely be back.
