I've used private scans before, such as Ultrasound Direct and others. But this has by far been the *worst* inhumane, unprofessional experience. As a doctor, I am *appalled* by how insensitive and unprofessional the staff are. Booked an early ultrasound scan because I've been worried about some spotting. I arrive and the sonographer already had a very monotonous, moody, non-engaging personality. She stated she could not see a foetal heart beat. Naturally I'm worried. She reassured that sometimes it's too early and I should book a rescan (bare in mind, in my previous private clinics they offer this for free when the scan doesnt pick up what you paid for, considering you're already paying a lot). I return to the desk, and was just handed a report, no scan photos, and told someone will call me to arrange the next scan free off charge. I never received a call. Or any photos. I call the admin, they denied any of this happened. The receptionist then says "Since it's a non-viable pregnancy, there's nothing to see on the scan so there's really no need to send these to you?" I beg your pardon?? The most insensitive way to deliver bad news that was not confirmed by a medical professional (please note I am a doctor and she was a receptionist and the sonographer barely seemed to want to engage. We had to keep probing questions to get answers as paid customers), and that too paid £80 for the scan, expecting everything. If I were experiencing a miscarriage, all the scan photos and report are essential for me to handover to the EPU/obstetricians (which were requested when I contacted my GP). I informed the EPU of my experience and they also stated this was out of their remit to do this or state that, and how normally this would be classed as misconduct. I've been devastated since receiving that information over the call. STILL haven't received a scan photo. AND surprised, in such circumstances, they are not offering a rescan for reassurance. They expect you to still pay £65 (discounted price apparently) while other Ultrasound companies give it free off charge in situations like this.

The staff are so nice and professional. They make you feel so welcome. The sonographer was so bubbly it was a lady with glasses short with black hair. They gave free gift aswell with it and cute key rings. Their service is brilliant and quick. Guys I would deffo recommend this place

The doctor/nurse wasn’t one bit welcoming or warming. I found her very arrogant , wouldn’t let us film the heart beat, ruined whole experience due to her whole energy. I don’t not recommend this place at all so sad ! I wasn’t expecting this experience I was expecting an excited warm experience. If you want a happy experience do not book here. Also they got the dates completely WRONG ! I wasn’t told I was 6 weeks 5 days !! I wasn’t I was over 10 weeks !!

Afsoun has to be the most pleasant person you can meet. She was extremely cheerful and welcoming. The Sonographer Filmon was also great. He did a thorough job with the anomaly scan. He went through all the details with us and went over to review what we needed more clarity on. It was a very reassuring experience. Thank you ultrasound plus

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this sonography clinic in London. Being our first pregnancy, we were naturally a little anxious, but the entire team made us feel comfortable, supported, and completely at ease. Lady at reception was very warm welcoming, polite and answered all query. Amazing experience throughout the process. Team helped to clear all queries with patience, and made us feel reassured throughout the entire scan. This was our very first ultrasound, and it couldn’t have gone better. We left feeling incredibly grateful for such a positive experience. The service was worth every penny. If you're looking for a professional, caring, and welcoming clinic in London, this is the place to go!

We’ve used them for several scans and the experience has always been excellent. From the reception team to the medical staff, everyone has been extremely professional and friendly. We really cannot fault the service — highly recommended!

Our experience here was awful. The sonographer couldn't even be bothered introducing themselves, made us feel stupid for asking questions and was rude. They were also phoning all day on the day of the appointment trying to change/move our appointment time which just made the whole experience more stressful than anyone wants when you're trying to manage two diaries working full time.I would avoid this clinic.

We were seen by the sonographer Joanne and welcomed by Tanya. They were both incredibly kind and friendly. After a bad experience with the NHS, we are truly grateful to be treated and seen by them. The sonographer Joanne was gentle and knew how to ease our stress, made us feel relaxed. It has added so much to our journey and made the experience one to remember. We thank you a lot!

I went for a 4D scan to see my baby girl because I’m pregnant, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect or kindness—no “thank you”, no warm attitude. I didn’t get to see my baby properly as she had her hands on her face, and I was only told, “I’ll give you pictures,” without any explanation or care. It felt like a waste of time and money. I definitely do not recommend this place. The service is poor and the staff do not treat customers with respect.

I had book an appointment with them but I have to visit NHS emergency centre because of my health. I missed the appointment and called them to reschedule before 2 hours as there was a long wait at emergency centre. But they again asked for 30 pounds deposit even after receiving 30 pounds. They have build a new business of getting money. I don’t think they are even concerned of a person’s health or an emergency case. I had a bad experience. Personally not recommend this place.
