Ultra Vac Furnace Air Duct Cleaning

Just hired them to do my vents. Excellent customer service. I have three anxious cats and they were very understanding and made sure to ensure everyone was settled before beginning to work. when the laundry room was getting humid when the drier was running, I was advised to get my drier vents cleaned, I called ultra vac and they responded right away, were very informative, and put me on the schedule for less than a week later. They came and noticed my drier vent had come undone from the wall as it hadn't been fastened correctly. They got it back connected for me and got the vents cleaned since I had called them out anyways :) They were clean and professional and friendly! I will be recommending them to everybody! Thank you!

We decided to call Ultra Vac to have our furnace ducts cleaned after scanning Google reviews (appreciate the other reviews) and also the owner/Jenny's responses i.e. they listen to their customers! They were able to book us in within a week and were excellent at keeping us well informed as far as the process and arrival times. They explained the cleaning process in detail and completed the work quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. We included the "organic" sanitizing option which left a nice fresh smell in our home. Overall they were excellent to work with and provided top notch service. Definitely recommended!

I was recommended to use Ultra Vac by a friend who had recently used them and really liked them. I worked with Jenny to set up the appointment and they were able to come within a week of me calling! She was great at communicating their services, the appointment time and discussing what options they have and whether or not they suited my needs. They were prompt, courteous and professional along with being considerate of whether or not pets would be around. I got a detailed invoice and a thorough recap of what they encountered and any suggestions they had (replacing furnace filter/rodent signs). I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Ultra Vac was very punctual and helpful! We recently moved into a new townhouse unit which is a relatively new build, and thought it might be worthwhile to get the furnace and ducts cleaned. I am very glad that we did! According to Jenny there was a ton of new construction debris in the vents. She even had to unclog one of the vents which was completely blocked up with debris. The team moved quickly and efficiently through our whole house and were very reasonably priced. I’m feeling much better about the condition of our furnace and ducts!!

Just finished up having Ultra Vac Duct and Carpet Cleaning come to my house and clean out all my ducts and dryer vents as well as my AC unit. Jenny and Justin were professional, friendly, and transparent about pricing and any add one I could get whilst they were already there. Never once felt like I was being pressured or sold a service that wasn't required. They took some pictures of the old dryer vents and ducts to show us just how nasty they were. We hired this company to do our carpets. We have had other companies before and we were less than satisfied with the work done so we resorted to doing it ourselves. However with time being an issue we decided to try another company and based our decision on the reviews alone. I have to say we are so very impressed at how clean our carpet was when we came home yesterday, even better than when we first moved in, not only that but it smelled fresh and dried fairly quickly.
