Had a wonderful experience at Ultra Tune Altona for my car service. The team was friendly, honest, and extremely professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t push unnecessary work, and made the whole process stress-free. My car runs perfectly, and the service was done promptly and at a fair price. Excellent communication and service from Ken at Ultratune Altona. This was my first time taking my car here for a service (and various extras that I knew needed doing) Everything was explained clearly and I never felt pushed to spend extra money on things that were unnecessary, quite the opposite actually. Very happy with the work that was done on my car & will absolutely be returning. Very thorough and reasonably priced.

Dropped in to Ultra Tune Altona to get an engine light checked and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and informative, both over the phone and in person, which made the whole thing a lot less stressful. They took the time to explain what was going on without any pressure or upselling. Really appreciated how approachable and helpful everyone was — definitely a place I’d feel comfortable coming back to.

I have been bringing our cars here for a few years now. The team is always good, they work on the car quickly and provide information if any additional work needs to be done prior to do it and with the cost. I have no complaints and will continue to bring our cars here. I have also recommended them to other people that have moved recently to the area.

I took my imported Honda here after reading reviews and I can honestly say, these guys were fantastic! My car drives better than the first day I got it. They really look after you. Honest and fair price! So rare! Communication was outstanding!

Fantastic customer service. Ken went above and beyond to help me with a RWC and to arrange a rusted muffler replacement so efficiently and promptly. Being heavily pregnant and on a tight schedule with bubs due in a few days, Ken kindly offered to transport my car to a local exhaust shop to replace the muffler, saving me alot of time and stress. Rare to find an honest, reliable mechanic these days, highly recommended! Thanks again :)
