Ultra Towing

My pregnant sister had some debris fly off the back of a truck on the freeway that she couldn't avoid and popped two tires. So she had to wait 3 hours for a tow truck to arrive while also trying to entertain a one year old. Given the circumstances, she took her son to get some food at the McDonald's nearby which she left as soon as the driver gave her a ten minute warning. When she arrived, he'd come and gone saying she was too late. I guess she was she supposed to wait for 3 hours in her car while pregnant and managing a one year old? She told him she was also ten minutes out and even called again when she was four minutes away which I guess he took as his sign to drive off. I understand there are probably lots of other people waiting, but if it takes several hours to arrive, there should at least be a couple minutes of grace time. He just left her. When he knew she was literally minutes away from arriving at the time he said he would be there. Absolutely horrible, rude, thoughtless, and unsafe.

I had an excellent experience getting my car moved to South Hill today. The tow driver was very professional and informative with my car. Will definitely use again in the future! Thanks again

Can't say enough about Ultra Towing. I had them tow my Goldwing to a local shop. Jimmy was helpful during the scheduling process, the price was fair and Chris, the driver was friendly and took great care of my bike. I will definitely use them for any future towing needs. Great job guys!

Nick was my driver, i was his last call of the day and he made sure to get me to my destination quickly and promptly inorder to get my tires before the shop closed. He was extremely nice and very quick with loading and unloading. Definitely recommend.

Contacted AAA to send a company out to change out my flat. Zach, with Ultra Towing was sent out. Zach arrived quickly and had my car back on the road in short order. Zach was friendly and efficient; I highly recommend Ultra Towing! Google wouldn’t allow me to do a second post, so I’m editing this one. I had the misfortune of getting another flat tire (different vehicle). AAA sent out Ultra Towing again. Tanner arrived quickly and had my car done in just a few minutes. Tanner was friendly and efficient; I am so impressed with Ultra Towing!

Just had Nick from Ultra Towing help us tow our car and it was not an easy assignment but he made it look easy. We couldn’t get it into neutral but he was able to as gently as possible maneuver our car off the bed. He was great to work with and patient and accommodating. Thanks Nick!

Goodness sake.... I'm sure that UltraTowing is a five star company. Not today with this "NICK" guy Extremely unprofessional ✅️ Drops off my truck at the diesel shop. I ask him to park my truck in a certain spot, The shop's busy, There's trucks all over the place. He parks my truck in the middle of the parking lot. I tell him that we can't push this truck. It's a one ton F350 wheel drive almost 7500 lbs. 4 tons He goes "we'll just push it" There was 2 of us we moved it 1 inch. on rocks He tells me to get some people. Gets in the tow truck and leaves. Leaves doesn't say a word. WOW! I'm a customer✅️

I never leave reviews on businesses but I have to today. I was blown away by the professional service that I received with David a Driver for Ultra Towing. He was the silver lining to a hard day. If I could leave 10 stars I would!
