They came out same day to fix electrical issues. They replaced panel and repaired other issues. Everything works and so happy.

I had a burning smell coming from my panel at my house in Livonia when it was real late at night & Ultra Electric came out and fixed it. It was well past 11pm and I was so relieved when my power was restored and there was no more hazard.

Nick and Omar switch out my panel , they did a great job with having to explain the process telling me what they were doing. They also did a very clean job and they were quick.

I hired ultra to re-label our circuit breaker at the hospital I work at for an inspection we had coming up. It was very expensive, almost $4,000, but necessary for the inspection. They came by after hours when we closed and said they would drop the labels off in the morning, which was important, because I had the inspector coming by later that day. They did not drop the labels off until near end of day and only after I called to ask where they were. I had to reschedule the inspection because of this. I called them again last week to come see about two exit signs that were not receiving power, which we also needed for the inspection I rescheduled for this week. I mentioned the inspector was currently waiting on these two signs to pass our hospital and he would hold the report until Friday. I called them a couple of days prior on Wednesday and asked if they could come take a look, and they said yes, that they would be out Friday between 11am and 2pm. They no-called and no-showed and I had to once again reschedule the inspector to come back out and pay an additional fee for him to do so. The electricians are nice, but perhaps too busy and should maybe consider not taking jobs on a timeline they cannot keep. This had ramifications for my hospital and now I am scheduling with another company.
