I’ve tried a few cleaning company (same field) and this is the best so far. Service is good and yet affordable. Max and Daniel are very patient and sharp. They don’t cut back on cleaning hard to reach places! I have already recommended a few of my friends to try them out; you should too!

Was lucky to earn a last minute slot after enquiring the night before. The 2 young technicians arrived on time and were extremely polite and pleasant. Cleaning of 2 mattress took around 45 mins and was fuss free. The nasty gunk that caused the water in the cleaning machine's tank to turn brownish was so satisfying to see. Both mattresses smell so nice and fresh and the guys gave tips on how to maintain our mattresses. The service fee is also reasonable and affordable. Would recommend their service.

Superb service by the two young chaps (one of which is the boss). Arranging for an appointment was easy over messenger. They arrived on the dot of the arranged time. Both were extremely polite and were attentive of our concerns. Cleaning for a Queen size mattress costs only $108, which is about half the price quoted by other companies. Entire operation took about 45 mins.

We contracted Ultimo to do a deep clean of our bathrooms and kitchen. Thank you to Bobby and LG for a thorough and professional service. Definitely now our first call for future cleaning work.

Engaged them to clean the sofa and they came with not one but two industrial size machines. The technicians were so hard at work for more than an hour and the sofa looked as good as new. Price was also much more affordable than the market rate. Was also advised in future if we are engaging cleaning services to check if the machines used are those industrial ones and not home use handheld types.

We engaged their services for mattress cleaning when we moved into our new place. The previous company that we had booked cancelled on us last minute and we found Ultimo Cleaning on google. Totally no regrets. Their service was top notch and my husband commented that they were very detailed in their cleaning and didn’t hurry just to get the job done. Will definitely engage their services again and recommend them to our friends and family..

The service is good but the cleaning does not meet the expectations. It looks the same before I cleaned it. The staff claimed that the bed material was an issue. Not sure how credible it is. However, the technician was serious in cleaning the stains so we gave him a snack to thank him.

We engaged ultimo for our 5 YO sofa as we moved home recently. They sent a team but I wasn’t happy with the outcome from the 1st team. I made a complaint and the guys were so responsive. Without hesitation they sent us another team.. the outcome was fantastic! I admire the company’s service quality and prompt response. It is so rare to find a company that would not make excuses and ensure they help their clients till they are satisfied .. in addition, the team’s attitude on the ground was also polite.. i I highly highly recommend them to anyone that needs sofa/mattress shampoo and cleaning! Prompt reply and service rendered. Engaged their cleaning on two mattresses and L-shaped sofa and carpet cleaning. As we do not have hot weather recently, our carpet are not able to dry totally and have a little bit more odour, the company arranged 2nd cleaning the very next day. Very responsive and helpful. Thumbs up on their service. Will engage them again and recommend to my neighbours. 😊

I was looking to do a regular cleaning for my bed. I had used another company previously and contacted the same company again for quotation. However their reply over whatsapp was so short (one-word, the price). At the same time, I also contacted Ultimo Cleaning Services for a quotation. Ultimo quickly gave a full list of their prices and services. Don't need to guess, I went Ultimo. The 2 service crew who came over were friendly and did a good job of cleaning my bed. Of course there were some stains that couldn't be removed (but I already knew that previously) due to the type of bed. I would recommend Ultimo if you are looking to clean your bed.
