Premium car rentals firm in Takoradi, Ghana, Ultimate Car Rentals Ghana on Monday, July 8, 2024, underwent Customer Service Management Training at the company’s premises inside K-Nyame Building on the Efia-Fijai stretch, Opposite Mapees Tyres and Tanks, Takoradi.
The training which lasted for two hours followed an initial workshop on Defensive Driving which was done in conjunction with the Occupational Safety and Health Association to equip the Chauffeur Department with the requisite knowledge to serve the company’s clientele better.
