I had a very disappointing experience with this mechanic shop. They initially gave me one price, but when it came time to pay, they added extra charges that were never mentioned beforehand. The communication throughout the process was poor - I was left waiting around with no updates on what was happening.

When I called UK Hybrid Automatic to report the issue, they told me to come back in. After waiting around for a long time yet again, they finally admitted something was wrong. Instead of fixing the problem themselves, they sent me to another place altogether. They sent me to another garage, IF IT Motors Limited, which was the responsibility of hybrid automotive - yet they still charged me an additional amount of money twice on top of the original payment. Despite all this, as soon as I got home, I realised something was still wrong with my car.
I went in to get my car fixed, but they weren’t able to resolve the issue the first day, so I had to come back again the next day. Even then, I ended up waiting for hours before they finally finished the job. Overall, the lack of transparency, delays, and poor customer service made the entire experience incredibly frustrating.
