Absolutely avoid this interior designer if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The designer was highly unprofessional, unreliable, and completely failed to deliver the work that was promised. Despite taking on the project, they were rarely available on-site, showed little to no ownership, and were absent through most of the execution process. The work was casually subcontracted to others, with no proper supervision or clear instructions given to the workers. This led to constant confusion, poor coordination, repeated mistakes, and an overall lack of accountability. The subcontractors themselves seemed unclear on what needed to be done and were often left asking us for direction—something that should never happen when you hire a professional interior designer. To make matters worse, additional money was repeatedly demanded through subcontractors, despite no clarity, no completion, and no justification for the extra costs. This created unnecessary stress and made the entire process feel disorganized and misleading. Even after failing to complete the promised scope of work, the designer continued demanding payment while key deliverables remained unfinished. There was no professionalism, no transparency, and no sense of responsibility at any stage. What should have been a smooth and exciting home/project experience turned into a frustrating, chaotic, and deeply disappointing one. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with this designer to think twice. Poor execution, lack of accountability, rude communication, and constant payment demands made this an extremely unpleasant experience.
