The technicians, Myrio and Jaylon were both on time, professional, polite, informative, and competent. My install was timely, they cleaned up after their work was complete and left me with pamphlets pertaining to my warranty. More importantly, they provided education on how to properly care for my unit moving forward. Honestly, I wish there were more stars than 5. I am pleased.

I had terrible service with the second technician, the first one was nice, but the technician couldn’t wait to throw a high price out and I stated I have a warranty is that my price with the warranty, he just continued with the high price. He left my staircase down and left my units unplugged because I didn’t agree with the pricing. I called my warranty company and then called the company back to verify what the technician informed me which was incorrect. Some of the workers aren’t good. Still pending final results.

WOW….let me start by saying how wonderful Jaylon, Jericho and Andrew were today!! Yes, they gave up their Saturday to replace my A/C and adapt it to my old furnace—-NO SMALL TASK!!! That may sound like a normal job BUT my home warranty company had already ordered the wrong parts TWICE and they continued to work to get the correct parts!! So today they worked long and hard to make everything right for me and my family!! You can’t find such dedication like these guys and their company anymore. They were caring, kind and made sure that everything was perfect!! So, I highly recommend UBA Heating and Air today!!!

Braylan was amazing, informative and pilot servicing my unit. UBA overall was very responsive, and even arranged to move my appointment up when availability allowed it. Great experience today

UBA heating and cooling done an excellent job. Mr. Anthony and Andrew were very knowledgeable and made sure that my expectations were met. If you’re looking for AC and heating I would recommend this company they are phenomenal.

It was a good/bad visit. The good was a TRUE knowledgeable technician came this visit Oct 2025 The bad was I had almost $3k worth of service done in April of 2024 which I could have paid the same amount for a NEW system if the technician at the time would have informed me and been more knowledgeable of his work.

Robert wasted no time addressing the problem. He assessed the problem, made the necessary changes and then there was heat! He was very respectful, friendly, and professional.

They were 2 very professional young men. I didn’t have to stop my work to see what they were doing. They informed me with every step they were doing before they proceeded. I’m glad that you have them in your employment. Keep up the good work.
