TZ Parts is a rapidly growing semi-truck parts distributor specializing in OEM & aftermarket parts. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead daily operations, grow sales, and manage our Nashville location.

π οΈ Job Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee daily store and warehouse operations πͺπ¦
β’ Manage inventory levels, purchasing, receiving & cycle counts π
β’ Handle OEM & aftermarket truck parts including engine, suspension, braking, lighting & body parts π©βοΈ
β’ Supervise, train & schedule counter sales staff π₯π₯
β’ Assist customers: owner-operators, fleets & repair shops π€π
β’ Prepare quotes, invoices & special orders π§Ύπ»
β’ Maintain strong relationships with vendors & suppliers ππ
β’ Ensure accurate pricing, margins & cost control π°π
β’ Keep showroom & warehouse clean, organized & professional β¨π§Ή
β’ Resolve customer issues and ensure top-level service βπ
β’ Report sales performance and inventory needs to management π

π― Requirements & Qualifications:
β’ 3+ years experience in truck parts, diesel parts or automotive parts π
β’ Strong knowledge of OEM & aftermarket semi-truck parts βοΈ
β’ Previous store manager or supervisor experience preferred π
β’ Experience with inventory systems, POS & invoicing software π»
β’ Ability to multitask and work
