Tyne Tees Locksmith Newcastle

My car key snapped an hour before I needed to be somewhere. Tyne Tees Locksmiths where here within half an hour. Took 20 minutes to cut and programme 2 keys (spare included) for a third of the price my dealership garage could (they also would've taken two weeks!) Brilliant Service! Highly recommended.

Just lost our key to our car, technician was there within 30 minutes and got us sorted with 2 new keys and fobs. Prices was pretty reasonable aswell half of what VW wanted. Excellent service

Absolutely fantastic service today. Came within half an hour (AA were going to take more than 3 hours). Fixed the problem quickly and provided a replacement key all for a reasonable price. Completely stress and hassle free - would 100% recommend. Thanks for a great service.

I had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon when the front door would not lock. Shaun from Tyne Tees Locks was there within the hour and sorted the problem which was more complicated than a straightforward repair or replacement. He gave me an idea of price at each stage - all excellent. I can highly recommend this company.

Was with me within the hour, much faster than originally expected and let me into my house in no time at all! Was quoted a price over the phone and paid the price agreed plus a tip as the service was phenomenal! Amazing service, car was completely immobilised. Came out same day, couldn't get it working so came out next day with new key, reprogrammed it and got the car started. Really reasonable price would 100% recommend.

Great that they managed to get my door open but it was extremely expensive considering I am student I was told it was around £80 plus 20% VAT, which came to close to £110, when speaking to other locksmiths they quoted £40-50 as it took about 2 minutes to fix. Very disappointed as I feel like I was naive to accept that charge as well as then being asked for a new lock to be installed for an extra £40 when it was an interior door which costs about £10. Grateful for their service but will not be using again

Contacted the company for advice on upgrading locks on all doors. They came out within two hours on the day and carried out the work the following morning. Always arrived promptly on time. Would certainly use again and highly recommend

Arrived within 15 minutes, top bloke, very professional. Car unlocked & new key cut/programmed within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend. Also the cheapest quote I received by a long way!

A very quick and efficient team who resolved my window issue within minutes! My upstairs window was locked and shut and the locking mechanism had crumbled away. I was unable to open the bedroom window. Sean came to review the issue late in an afternoon and reassured me that he could resolve the issue the following day (even in today's troublesome working climate). He gave me an arrival time so that I was prepared and he arrived on time. The problem was fixed in around 35 minutes. He had to pop open the window which was no easy task and then replace the entire locking mechanism and handle. This was all done up a height as it was the upstairs window. I highly recommend this company and if I have any future issues I believe they can resolve then I will use them again.
