Utilized Tyler both as a buyer's and seller's agent in my recent move. He was super responsive throughout both transactions (even while on vacation in France) and he has a remarkable depth of knowledge about the area and the local market which led us to list with him. On top of that, he has deep connections with other agents and service providers in the area which serves to streamline the nuts and bolts of the preparation and deals. I was also pleased with APR's processes and Tyler's assistants who made approving and signing electronic documents quick and simple. We ran into some snags on the selling end as the market started to turn right as we started getting offers and Tyler was still able to get us above our asking (and target) price through his experience and strong negotiating skills.
