Twinz road side assistance & mechanic

I have an amazing story about this company: I went thru too much of a drama with my 2005 Scion TC when it started to crank but not start. This happened two weeks ago in October 2025. See my pics The problem pretty much pointed to a failed fuel pump or failed Crankshaft Position Sensor. To be sure I called Twins Auto repair and the owner operator himself, an experienced mobile mechanic by the name of Bill, came down to my house to diagnose my car and ended up saving me $1000+ on repair due to his expertise and honesty. This was my first time using their service I already told him I checked all the fuses and none were faulty. So he did not need to check the fuses. Through several tests Bill concluded and confirmed my suspicion of a failed fuel pump. This was good news to me because that fuel pump had a warranty on it as it was just replaced last year by Discount Auto Tires of Murrieta. Although Bill was willing to fix the problem I was going to have it replaced for free by Discount Tire Center. So I paid Bill for his visit and paid a tow service to tow my car to Discount Tire. Discount Tire Center lied to me and said there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump and said it was a serious electrical problem and couldn’t fix my car as it needed an electrical specialist to work on it. I called up Bill and told him if the situation. HBill didn’t believe what they were saying and came down to discount tire center to get my car started in front of them. Upon his arrival we pushed my car out into the side street and looked at it again. This is when Bill himself inspected my fuses and found a burnt out 20amp fuse. We simply replaced it and the car started up right away. I drove the car up to the front of discount tires and confronted one of the Mgr’s to show them what he did in a matter of minutes. They had horrible excuses as to thy they could not fix the problem. Simply put they lied and were total ripoffs. Dont ever use Discount Tire Centers for any device as they will lie and cheat you. But Bill and his company will now become my new goto mechanics when I need it. Thanks you Bill and Twins Auto Repair!! See the pic of the burnt out 20amp fuse.

Absolutely wonderful. Honest, hard working, showed up, got it down and we are back on the road. Work truck broke down at 3am. Called got a quote, was sold immediately and Bill and his Brother were here within 3 hours and repaired our radiator and coolant system. Honestly, they just earned a customer for as long as we live here. Every need was met, every expectation was blown out of the water. Family owned, family operated to ice the cake. Bravo gentleman.
