He was very detailed on letting me know exactly what he was doing before starting the job as well as providing before and after photos upon completion. Twins cleaned my ducts and applied antimicrobial sealant for a great value relative to other companies in the area. They also took the vents outside for power washing, which other companies only offered for an additional charge. They were very professional - walked me though all that they were doing, on time, and non-disruptive during the process. Highly recommend.
