Big things are happening here at Twin Oak Sawmill. We are cranking through a massive amount of "Black Gold" lately, and our production scale is hitting a whole new level.
Working right alongside our business partners at L&K Hardwoods, we’ve been milling a ton of premium 4/4 walnut. If you’ve been following along, you know we don’t do things halfway. The stacks are piling up, and we are officially in growth mode.
Right now, all this walnut is out air drying. Once that’s done, it’s heading straight into the kiln to make sure it’s perfectly stabilized and ready for the workbench. We’re doing the heavy lifting now so that when "project season" hits this fall, we will be fully loaded and ready for whatever builds you have planned.
It’s been a busy summer in Kansas City, and the mill hasn't had much downtime. We're scaling up to make sure we have the best local lumber ready for you. Let us know what you’re planning for the fall!
