I’ve purchased 8-10 slabs through Twin Oak. Every single one has been very good and very fairly priced. The attached picture is a coffee table from two slabs of Siberian Elm from them. Evan and Carolina are always pleasant and happy to help in any way. Never had a bad experience (and don’t think I will) but they seem to be the type of business that if you did they’d make it right. Don’t hesitate to work with these guys, locally there about the only ones I’ll buy from.

The owners of TOS, Evan and Carolina, were so nice to work with! They setup quickly and worked hard all day ripping through many different kinds of logs and stacking boards. Besides boards we were cutting timbers for a timber framed barn. It was so much more practical (time savings and cost) to have a sawmill come out. TOS isn't any sawmill, they are kind and hardworking professionals. Evan also had some good timber framing tips to boot. I will definitely have them back out. If you're considering a sawmill I couldn't recommend them more!
