We have a four car garage with a floor that hasn’t been touched in 25 years. There was a sizable chasm in the concrete on the right side from years of snow and muck accumulation (which drove me nuts). I do a lot of wood work in my garage and all the embedded oils and dirt just made it unpleasant to be in there. I have been dreaming of getting our floor refinished forever and finally pulled the trigger. I shopped many different companies before landing on Twin Brothers Coatings. I selected Twin Bros for four reasons: 1) their prices were competitive 2) their selection of colors and finishes was extensive 3) I clicked with them immediately upon meeting them when they came out to bid the project; the brothers are professional, polite, super kind and frankly, just really cool 4) I have had three lumbar back fusions recently and was unable to move the heavy stuff out of my garage; these guys told me without hesitation that they’d take care of it for me (and they did!). The process took about two days initially. These guys know their trade. When the project was ‘done’ and after we had a chance to walk on it and inspect it more carefully, we noticed some inconsistencies and minor issues with the finish. I contacted Bradley about my concerns and they came out literally the next day and completely went over the entire surface to eliminate all inconsistencies. Their response was incredible and the results are, in a word, sublime. I am IN LOVE with my garage floor. It is beautiful The surface has this gorgeous sheen to it and is perfectly sealed - you can feel the quality on your bare feet. My neighbors notice it right away and we’ve pointed at least a half dozen people to Twin Brothers since the work was performed as it is so eye catching. The best part of Bradley and Alex is that they care about the customer; they care about the customer’s experience. In this day and age of poor craftsmanship and poor customer relations, working with a company like Twin Brothers is equivalent to a breath of fresh air. Twin Brothers Coatings absolutely killed it on our concrete epoxy floors they look insane in the best way. The guys were super chill but still super professional, and you can tell they actually care about their work. Every detail is on point, and the finish is straight-up gorgeous and built to last. They even nailed our baseboard install, which made the whole space feel complete. If you want your floors to look next-level, I 100% recommend them.
