If I could give 0 stars I would.
We have recently moved to Cheshire from London so we are very new to the area.
My daughter and I popped into Tuula in the hopes of finding a dress for Henley Regatta which was the following week. We were the only people in the boutique and we made a point, as we always do, of saying a friendly hello to the shop assistant/owner? We were horrified at her appalling, sullen and snooty demeanour, honestly it was quite shocking and we were taken aback.
It was a rainy day and we arrived in our casual attire after walking the dogs. I make a point to mention this as I believe this to be the reason for our very rude welcome. I felt judged and dismissed as which was unfortunate because some of the stock looked really quite nice.
We just left as this is not to be tolerated. How dare she!
If this rude individual is the actual owner, I advise you take a customer service course and learn some manners! If it’s the shop assistant, please get her trained ASAP before you lose anymore sales. If it helps, she was about 5ft 4, blonde, In her late 40s, perhaps 50s with glasses… not too sure as her face wasn’t really that memorable but the way she treated us was!!!
