I want to send out a special thanks to Kevin of Turtle Electric for promptly responding to my electrical issue at my residence. My 200 main breaker was making a loud buzzing noise and there was arcing on the neutral bus that had me stumped. However; within 10 minutes; Kevin was able to see that there was a loose connection between a strap that bonded the neutral bus bars. Thank you again Kevin for your expertise, quick response time and for supporting us Veterans!

I wanted to mount my TV above my fireplace but I didn't want wires strung everywhere. For that, I needed an outlet above the mantle. Kevin at Turtle Electric hooked me up! He found me a solution that didn't involve expensive and messy sheetrock work. The price was fair, his work was efficient (don't let the name "Turtle" fool you), he used quality materials, and he left the work space clean when he was finished. On top of everything, Kevin was very personable and was determined to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job. Now I'm watching my new 4K TV in style my living space is completely opened up now that the old entertainment stand is gone for good! Thanks, Kevin! Next time I need electrical work done, I know who to call.

Had the pleasure of hiring Turtle Electric to do add some electric sockets, add ceiling fans, add lights and 2 fans on my patio. I was impressed with the professionalism these guys showed. They had manners and they did an awesome job. They cleaned up after themselves so well i did not know they had even finished. I was very happy for a job well done. I would recommend Turtle Electric for sure. They finished in two days wow, thats what i call a good job.

Turtle Electric was recommended by our swimming pool contractor. They were great. I called them and they were out the same day with a reasonable quote. Work was completed that night. We really appreciate their professionalism and they did a great job.

Called with a some issues I was having with a few different switches and such around the house. The girl answering the phone was great and said she would have someone call me. Two minutes later I got a call from Kevin and said he could come by right now if needed. I was at work so we set up a time the next day. Called me as he was on his way. Was very professional, worked quickly, and fixed everything we had issue with. Price was excellent as was the job. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a bathroom combination, light, vent and heater. The heater went out for the second time with the most recent repair lasting 2 1/2 to 3 years. I made contact with Turtle Electric last week and set up an appointment for today. He was on time, looked at what he needed to buy, went and made those purchases and came back and had the repair job done in 60 minutes from beginning to end. Everything is working great! And I highly recommend this gentleman for your electrical repairs.

They came and replaced an electrical panel and they were quick and professional and were able to start the job right away, which is very helpful when your AC breaker wrecks the panel. I've used them twice and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I bought a 22 kw generator from a third party directly after ida. The prices were garbage, but my wife was pregnant so I had no choice but to make sure we were secure for the next hurricane season. The real problem started when I shopped around to find an install. No one would respond to my calls to install and even turtle said they were too busy initially. I left my name and number and asked them to call me if there was an opening in their ridiculous schedule. Of all of the companies I asked to call me back, Turtle called me at 8am on that Monday morning and said they had an opening. I didn’t even buy my generator from them, but they honored their promise to call me back. Who does that anymore? We had a 15 min consult over the phone and then they came to do a site visit. Every single person we dealt with at this company was unbelievably professional and accommodating to our schedule and needs. It took 3 months from permitting to final startup of the unit, but installing a whole house generator after your house has already been built is a nightmare (especially after the supply chain collapse).There are so many factors you don’t consider when doing this and three utility companies have to sign off before you are cleared to operate. Turtle helped us navigate each hurdle and put the best contractors on the job. I could have paid 20k+ for this job with a competitor, but they got us squared away for a much much better deal. Please do your research before you call any electrician to do this job. If you think it is easy, you have no idea! I am not from the south, I moved here 4 years ago and I feel like I have been taken advantage of by a lot of local contractors. Turtle is not one of these. They are fair, honest, upfront and hardworking. They treat all of their customers the same and don’t gouge (at a time when it is so easy to do so). Do your research and get quotes, but these guys are amazing. My only regret is that I didn’t buy my full unit with install from them to begin with. I highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs. Good and honest folks.

I called Turtle Electric to remove 4 plates and unscrew 3 light bulbs from recessed fixtures in the fur down over my kitchen cabinets. During my call to set up the appointment, I was quoted a price of $150.00 an hour for electrical services. I thought that meant the amount charged for each hour of service the electrician performed. Two very polite , young men arrived on 2/3/22, and one man completed the job. It took approximately 8 minutes until he was finished. I was billed $150.00 but, I don't know how they calculated that amount. I was not told beforehand that there was a truck charge, or that that amount was standard just for showing up. Turtle Electric should clarify their billing practices to customers. Paying $150.00 for 8 minutes, for the work performed is outrageous! I am quite old, and over the years, I have dealt with quite a few companies and their workers, but this experience stands out as close to the number one spot where I feel I have been taken unfair advantage of.

Just want to say these guys were utterly AMAZING! There was an electrical issue going on at my house that was so severe that the electrical company had to come by and sever our power immediately. My husband called around and after several electricians were unable to make it right away it was Turtle Electric who was able to come by immediately to assess and fix the problem. They worked tirelessly in the hot sun for hours until the wires were replaced and the electrical company was able to restore our power the same day. The men working at our house were so kind and respectful and answered any questions I had. I was amazed that they were able to get my home back and running so quickly. Highly recommend these guys! 🙏🙏🙏
