Came out and assessed the problem foc. Recommended replacement of door handles (not the whole lock). Sourced the parts and installed the next day. All done at a very good price. Would definitely recommend Chris at Turnkey Locksmiths and will definitely be calling if/when I get any more problems with the locks.

Chris designed and fitted a non standard locking system to our front door. I would highly recommend him, he is a nice guy and his work was excellent.

Chris responded to a late night emergency call to replaced my mother in law’s door handle after the split spindle failed locking her out. We we so impressed with the work that I asked him to replace the handle on our door which had been showing signs of wear. Chris is polite , knowledgeable and conscientious. I would recommend him to anyone.

Turnkey Locksmith ,this company was the quickest to respond to my request. We needed the lock replacement . The previous one was gone due to overcharged emergency lockout done the day before . After agreeing on the details, I quickly received a quote and an exact arrival time, which was met. The service was very well performed. The engineer was kind and decent. I do believe that is everything what you need. I do recommend asking Turnkey Locksmith for help if you have an issue with the locks.

The lock on our door wasn't working correctly. I found Chris online and from the 1st phone call to changing our lock he was professional and friendly, we would highly recommend.

We had another locksmith out to assess our front door not closing correctly who said that a whole new door was needed. So sent out a message to other companies. Chris responded very quickly asking for a brief description, after he promptly told us that a new door was very unlikely (so already saved us a couple of thousand!) Came over and took a look, understood the issue straight away and within a couple of days had the parts and was all fixed. Very professional and friendly, took us through the process of what he was doing any why each step. 5 Stars!
