Associate Nicoletta Longo has been accepted to the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) Children and Family Law Division (CAFL) Appeals Panel, a significant professional milestone. As part of this panel, Nicoletta will undergo appellate certification training and represent children and parents in some of the Commonwealth’s most consequential cases.
CAFL attorneys handle care and protection matters involving allegations of abuse or neglect, cases where parental rights may be terminated, Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) matters, and guardianship proceedings.
Acceptance to this panel reflects both Nicoletta’s skill and her commitment to advocacy for vulnerable families and children within the Massachusetts court system.
