Turbo Towing

Had to have my car towed to Gateway Tire yesterday because of a tire blowout. Roadside service (thru my insurance company) dispatched Relentless Recovery & Towing but the ETA was too long because I needed to get to Gateway before they closed for Thanksgiving holiday. While waiting, I googled reviews of Relentless & they were NOT good. People said they were rude; they damage your car & blame it on the wind, & more. I called roadside service back & insisted on a different tow company. It took several calls but I finally got someone to dispatch me a different tow company. It was Turbo Towing. Their ETA by now was going to be about the same as Relentless, since so much time had passed on the phone. But guess what? He arrived about 35 minutes SOONER than his estimated time of arrival. I did not get his name but he was very nice, very professional, very competent. He was even going to allow me to ride along to Gateway Tire. Unfortunately, since I'm a senior with mobility issues, I was not able to pull myself up into the very high cab of his truck. I spent several minutes trying & he tried to assist but I finally had to tell him to go on ahead & I'll have to take Uber.

Turbo towing was the only tow truck that would come help me during this bad weather. I had been trying to get a tow truck since 6:30 am and he came as fast as the streets would allow. Moe was so incredibly nice and caring and did an amazing job and he genuinely cared

Mr. Moe is the owner. He personally came and picked me up and took my vehicle back to his shop. He fixed my starter in record time. He was up front with the cost. I thought it was high until he walked me through with what he did on the repairs. His quick response to my situation and him going out of his way made the experience enjoyable and less stressful. He and his shop are amazing. This is NOT a paid advertisement. Thanks again Mr. Moe!

Mo was extremely professional. Very caring and quick to get the job done.His customer service was outstanding. He didn't just hook up the car and go he offered us a ride to our destination helped us comfortably in his truck and offered up cold water and a snack . Such a calming presence.Best customer service throughout Memphis ever.

The driver (Moe) was great. I can really tell he takes his job seriously. He explained to me everything he was going to do. Cares about his customers. I would definitely use him again if the need arises

Had a fantastic experience with Turbo towing. There was an accident on the way to my location which caused an increased wait but as soon as Moe arrived he went above and beyond, even offering me water and a snack. Had excellent conversations with him and he even gave me some advice on what to do with my car when we got it to where it needed to go. Will absolutely be sending my friends to them when they need assistance.

Turbo Towing provided me not only a professional experience but they made me feel like family which was an exceptional experience. My son was in a serious accident and they arrived before the police did. The fee was more than reasonable and I would recommend them over any towing service I have ever used. They deserve 10 out of 10 stars!!!

Trust me when I say an amazing towing company. Moe went above and beyond to ensure the safety of myself and my kids. This towing company number is now locked in my phone for any future tow needs I may have. If your in need of a towing company Tubro towing is the one to call first. Our car needed to be towed to our house due to a tire/no spare/precarious location issue. We contacted our roadside assistance through our insurance. Sam with Turbo Towing contacted us when he was on his way and let us know when he would arrive. He took extra care in making sure he did not damage the vehicle as he was trying to dislodge it from its location, analyzing it from many angles. He was extremely polite and kind. We don’t need towing services often, but we have Turbo Towing’s number now and will certainly use them in the future if needed.

Moe is his staff treated me like family had water for me once they arrived to tow my car to the shop and Moe ended up fixing my car as well!! Great customer service also
