Tunnel Xpress Truck Wash

Great spot for a quick rinse. I needed to get it done at 3 am and the card reader wasn't working, I called the number and we made it happen. Very grateful for good people and service.

If it rains hard you will get a better wash than if you come to this place. I didn't expect a spotless hand wash but I did expect all of the dust to be rinsed off. I will never spend money here again. Do not ever spend your money here. Go to the blue beacon or any other real truck wash.

Pretty decent wash for a quick run through. The ladies working there are very friendly and helpful and it was just what I needed to get the truck back to a clean state before the next load. 2 suggestions. I’d drop the price to about 45 per wash if it’s only automated with no wash personnel to do a quick rinse with a manual power wash gun, or keep it at 60 per wash and have an employee be able to hit stuff the automation can’t do very well such as wheels, tanks, and back of the cab. If you guys tweak it some, I think it could be a bangin wash! Good luck!

Don't waste your money!! I paid $60 to wash my pickup and was expecting a pretty good wash...nope. The wash wouldn't turn on so I called the number and the gentleman was kind enough to come turn it on for me. HOWEVER, the wash did nothing it said it would, no soap or anything, and barely sprayed enough water to maybe knock some dust off. I called again and the gentleman told me they knew the wash was broken but could not give me a refund, but he would run me through again if I wanted. Why would I go through again for the same result? Why didn't they close the wash if they know it's broken? Because they obviously just want your money and don't give a sh$t if your truck actually gets washed. I fell for it once, guarantee I won't fall for it again! Don't be like me.

The employees are friendly and the service was awesome. Any trucker in Hobbs New Mexico and need a truck wash then I suggest you go to Tunnel Express 24hours.

First time needing my truck washed, horrible experience! I put $60, the machine froze and the wash tunnel did not work. The owner has the wrong mindset because he/she does not pay attention to their customers. Big sign saying NO REFUNDS!

The machine would not take my card, I tried cash and would not take my cash. All I needed was a good rinse off. Truckers don't waste your time with this one.

Credit card machine would not work thought this day was gonna be a bust trying to get your truck washed in West Texas It's not easy Call the lady walk me through it Very nice very helpful excellent experience

Sorry guys but I have to change my review because the place never work. What I told in my previous review was (little glitches) it’s now turn in to a permanent situation. I left copy of my previous review just as a reference (Excellent price and super helpful management. Just little glitches on the machine. Nothing that they don’t fix really fast. Thanks guys.)
