Tulsa Auto Fix

I recently had my car serviced and repaired by Jeff with Tulsa Auto Fix. The service, results and price were incredible. One of the biggest hassles about automotive work is dropping the car off at the shop and getting rides to and from. It was a fantastic perk getting the work done on site in my work parking lot. 10/10 would recommend.

The water pump in my work truck was going out and I need it replaced immediately. I got quotes from other shops in the area and they were way overpriced. I came here they quoted me an excellent price. The staff at Tulsa Auto Fix are very professional and kind. They never talked down to me at all. They got me in really fast. Exceptional service, they fixed my problem. If I have any more problems with my work truck, I’m taking it back to them. Jeff is such a phenomenal dude, and everything you want from someone working on your car: nice, compassionate, hardworking, honest, and fast. He showed up right on time for the appointment, and had my issue diagnosed with a detailed quote written up in about 30 minutes. About this time, rain started coming in. He offered to have a wrecker take my car to the shop so he could work on it out of the rain, at NO COST to me since it was an uncontrollable inconvenience and he wanted me to have my car running ASAP. I was blown away. He had my starter replaced the same day, but he noticed my brakes were having some issues (something I knew about but hadn't gotten taken care of yet). He offered to take a look at no extra cost, and once he had a diagnosis and quote I went ahead and had him do them too since he had been so awesome so far. He was able to get that done the following day. He then offered to have a Lyft bring me to the shop once again at NO COST to me since we never intended to bring the car there. One last thing: I got home from my overnight shift before he had started on my brakes, and I realized I had left my apartment keys on the keyring for my car. I text him about it, and he immediately stopped by with the keys while on his way to his first stop for the day, and was completely kind and friendly about it. I will absolutely come back to Jeff when I need car work done, and will recommend him to anyone needing a mechanic. Great prices, quick work, phenomenal customer service, clear and transparent pricing/quotes, no headaches... gee, I wish all business were like his. Stop wasting your time checking out other mechanics. Go ahead and schedule with this shop. You'll be glad you did.

My go-to auto mechanic from now on. Jeff was able to diagnose the problems and begin service on my vehicle immediately. There was communication throughout and the charges were much less than what I was quoted at the dealership. Anyone not in need of a waiting area with televisions and complimentary coffee should definitely give Tulsa Auto Fix an opportunity.

When my car started making an awful sound, I tried to find the remedy myself. After my attempt, the majority of the sound was still there. After a prompt and thorough assessment by Jeff from Tulsa Auto Fix, I finally had a correct diagnosis. Turns out I needed a water pump. The friendly and courteous interactions with Jeff made the whole process smooth and enjoyable (if anything related to engine issues can be considered enjoyable). The workmanship is fantastic, Jeff was amazing and I cannot recommend Tulsa Auto Fix enough!

We had traveled up to Glenpool to visit family on a holiday weekend when our car overheated. Jeff came out the same day and got our suv fixed. It helped us out so much and was such great service! Would highly recommend him!

Highly recommend Tulsa Auto Fix!! My car broke down at night they answered my phone immediately and was scheduled 8am the next morning. At 8 the mechanic arrived looked at my car and gave me an estimate. He left to retrieve the parts and fixed my car within 2 hours while it was raining. Excellent service!

They were quick and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Polite and respectful. Had several options as to how to get the job done. I will use them again in the future.
